As a Compensation expert, you will help our clients redefine and transform their compensation programs, and will be versatile in scope of responsibilities spanning multiple areas of progressive accountabilities – we’re looking for someone with a ‘roll up the sleeves and get substantive work done’ mentality.
What you do

Design and implement Compensation & Rewards solutions.

Providing hands-on expertise including but not limited to: compensation/rewards philosophy, base pay structure, short-term and long-term incentives plan, sales/commission plan, job evaluation, job band structure, job benchmark, market survey and pricing, compensation committee, pay practices, executive compensation, and pay equity analysis.

Using data, knowledge, research and common sense to identify emerging issues and executable strategies.

Develop clear, concise and eye pleasing presentations and documentations.

Project manage ongoing and ad-hoc deliverables focusing on client success by delivering measurable and impactful results that are on time and on budget.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 CAD. Considerations will be given based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant compensable factors.
What you bring
Must haves:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards, ideally gained from consulting firm or compensation team of an employer.

Hands-on expertise in job evaluation & benchmark, salary survey, pay structure & incentive plan design, and pay equity

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/Finance/Mathematics/Economics/HR

Guru-level experience in Excel and PowerPoint—with a creative mindset and well-versed in handling complex models, formulas and datasets.

A passion to deliver superior work product, extremely well organized and detailed oriented.
